STORYLINE

This drama is based on the true love story of two Korean princes and their wives who lived in the time of the king of Joseon. It’s a love story based on a true king’s life. There were about six couples in the king’s palace who got to wed him. The king was from the house of the Goryeo Dynasty, and his name was Yi Seong-gye. It was a real tale of love which is all based upon Korean heritage. They were married in the traditional ancient fashion. They have a daughter at their palace. The king fell in love with the princess of Namyang and he wanted to marry her.
